Glassware: Collins or highball

1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Martinique sugarcane syrup
1/4 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
2 oz. cane AOC Martinique rhum agricole vieux
Pinch of fresh ground nutmeg

Garnish: Swizzle napkin wrap and mint sprig

Combine all the ingredients in a Collins or highball glass and fill the glass three-quarters full with crushed ice. Swizzle with a lélé or barspoon. Top up with additional crushed ice as needed to fill the glass and garnish.
