4 oz. ginger beer
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. demerara syrup
1 oz. London dry gin
1 oz. brandy
2 dashed Angostura bitters
Garnish: Mint sprig and swizzle stick
Add the ginger beer to a Collins or highball glass, then add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with cracked or cubed ice. Shake and strain the contents into the glass and gently fill with cubed or cracked ice and then garnish.
