Sparkling Mai Tai

Glassware: Champagne flute or coupe

1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. orgeat
1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
1/4 oz. black blended overproof rum
1/2 oz. blended aged rum
4 oz. chilled sparkling wine

Garnish: Lime twist and mint sprig

Pour all the ingredients except the sparkling wine into a mixing glass. Stir with cracked or cubed ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe and top with sparkling wine, then garnish.
