1/2 oz. yellow or white peach, pitted, and coarsely chopped into chunks (with skin)
3 oz. fresh orange juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. coconut cream
1/4 oz. natural peach liqueur
2 oz. blended lightly aged rum
1 oz. seltzer
Garnish: Grated nutmeg and peach wedge
Add the peach chunks, orange juice, and lemon juice to drink mixer tin and muddle the peach. Add the remaining ingredients. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and double-strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with cracked or cubed ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a peach wedge on the rim of the glass.
