1 oz. campari
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 oz. gin
Garnish: Orange peel or wedge
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Stir well until chilled (about 20-30 seconds). Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice (a large cube is ideal). Garnish by expressing the oils from an orange peel over the drink and dropping it in.
