1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. passion fruit syrup
1/2 oz. honey syrup
2 oz. London dry gin
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 oz. Fentimans Victorian Lemonade (or any quality dry sparkling lemonade)
Garnish: Mint sprig
Combine all the ingredients in a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and open pour with gated finish into the snifter. Add garnish.
