3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. orgeat syrup
1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao
2 oz. blended aged rum
Garnish: Spent lime shell and mint sprig
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and a few cubes. Shake until a frost forms on the shaker and pour the entire contents into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a spent lime shell and mint sprig.
