1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. passion fruit honey
1/4 barspoon li hing mui powder
2 oz. seltzer
1 barspoon Maraschino liqueur
2 oz. pot still unaged rum
Garnish: Mint sprig and a swizzle stick.
Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and then open pour with gated finish into a footed pilsner glass. Add garnish.
