Glassware: Double old-fashioned

1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz. orgeat
1/2 oz. Napa Wine Syrup
1/2 oz. Licor 43
1 oz. blended lightly aged rum
1 oz. black blended rum
1 oz. seltzer
Pinch of freshly ground cinnamon

Garnish: Zesty conversation

Combine all the ingredients in a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and open pour with gated finish into a double old-fashioned glass.

Note: To make the Napa Wine Syrup, place 16 ounces Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon in a small saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat until the wine has been reduced by half, about 25 minutes. Add 1 cup of granulated sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved (about 1 minute). Remove from the heat. Let cool and store in a sealed bottle int the refrigerator for up to three months.
