Daiquiri No. 1

Glassware: Chilled coupe

3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. demerara syrup
2 oz. blended lightly aged rum

Garnish: None

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add cracked or cubed ice, shake, and then double-strain into a chilled coupe.
