Classic Martini

2 oz. gin
1 oz. dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters

Garnish: Lemon twist

Stir ingredients briskly with ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Twist a small strip of lemon peel over the drink. You may drop it in, if you prefer.
