1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. grade A maple syrup
3 drops pure vanilla extract
3 drops pure almond extract
1 oz. seltzer
1/2 oz. John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum
1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
3/4 oz. black blended rum
3/4 oz. blended lightly aged rum
3/4 oz. blended aged rum
Garnish: Mint sprig
Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and open pour with gated finish into a double old-fashioned glass. Add garnish.
