2 oz. cold-brew coffee
3/4 oz. vanilla syrup
1/2 oz. Averna
1/4 oz. dry curaçao
1 1/4 oz. reposado tequila
1/4 oz. coffee liqueur
Garnish: Salted vanilla whipped cream, nutmeg
Add all of the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, shake briefly, then pour (unstrained) into a Collins glass. Garnish with salted vanilla whipped cream and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
