Glassware: Old-fashioned

1/4 oz. demerara syrup
2 oz. blended aged rum

Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg

Stir the rum and syrup in a mixing glass and strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Top with grated nutmeg.
