1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. demerara syrup
2 oz. blended aged rum (Barbados)
1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg
Fill a footed pilsner with cubed or cracked ice. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with cubed or cracked ice. Shake and strain into the glass. Top with grated nutmeg.
