Abricot Vieux

Glassware: Chilled coupe

1/2 oz. natural apricot liqueur
2 oz. cane AOC Martinique rhum agricole vieux
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters

Garnish: Orange peel oil

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with cracked or cubed ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express orange peel oil over the drink and discard the peel.
